What is the Zone Diet?

About Dr. Barry Sears:

Dr. Barry Sears, Ph. D. s a world renown, leading authority in the field of drug delivery systems & dietary control of hormonal response. He holds thirteen U.S. patents in this field of medicine.

Dr. Barry Sears began the research that led to the development of the Zone Diet for a very selfish reason, he wanted to avoid a premature heart attack. All the men on his father's side of the family died of heart disease in their early 50s.
